| Product news - stirring extraction column with an inner diameter of 30 mm written on 16. 09. 2003 |
| At the annual meeting 2003 of process engineers in Mannheim/Germany we introduced a stirring extraction column with an inner diameter of 30 mm as our latest product. Until now users have been very cautious to employ these columns in miniplant units. The typical liquid throughput in columns of such diameters corresponded actually with the usual diameters of 50 mm of distillation columns. But there were reservations to the usability of the operating results for the construction of the technical columns. |
